I’m trying to be fair. The box of a dozen donuts I preordered was ready and waiting when I arrived. The 2 cups of coffee and bottle of water was not. The young lady stayed they were “out of coffee, but she could make some”. Thinking to myself, maybe if you had started making it when I ordered, it would be ready by now. When I arrived, there was a line to the door (no line for pickup). By the time my coffee was ready, the line was finished and there hadn’t been any customers for 5 minutes. So 5 stars for having the box of donuts and receipt ready. 0 stars for not having any coffee and clearly not caring about that the pickup was incomplete. The donuts were just average, btw. Not worth a special trip.

Great customer service! Donuts were even better! I will be coming back to this location! All employees were respectful and accommodating to my needs! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great service even better DONUTS. had some delivered to our office one day last week. Just to boost up the numbers in a company meeting day. Taylor (the manager) sold and delivered our order was fantastic to work with Great communication and timely same day service!

Donuts were great. They do NOT know how to make a cappuccino though. Tasted like warm milk. Watched them stir it with a spoon when they were done. No layer of foam and expresso. I assume the black coffee is better.
