The pool hasn’t been open all summer. The hottest summer in the record of summer temperatures and the pool still isn’t open. The leasing office is rude and not communicating. The complex could at the very least offer passes to community pools near by considering this is a part of the luxury amenities they advertise to get you to sign the lease. Pathetic staffing and pathetic excuses. Replying to peoples online anonymous reviews saying they are not lease holders is also very unprofessional. My name is not listed on here so what exactly are you cross referencing? Not to mention there are piles of trash and small kitchen appliances scattered across the parking lot. Unsightly.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, tacky I’ve had multiple issues with the office that haven’t been resolved, but they keep closing my tickets without responding to me in any way. I’m disgusted at the lack of cleanliness and lack of professionalism here
