This is a great place to live and all the staff are wonderful!! Lexi was especially helpful in showing us around and answered all of our questions. Amenities are awesome. Definitely recommend living here!!

The apartments here are beautiful! The unit was in tip top shape whenever I moved in. Just be warned, the apartments weren't built with any insulation in the floors so you can hear footsteps of the people above you. I've lived here for 8 months and it honestly bothers me every day. It's perfect for the dog lover - there's dogs everywhere! The dog park COULD be a great ammenity but it’s essentially a dog litter box. People do not pick up after their dogs and the dog park is made of sand. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

We are VERY HAPPY with the New Longview Apartment complex. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. The other residents are very nice and respectful. The facilities are top notch. It is a great place to live!

This is a wonderful place to live!!! Amanda is very friendly and cares about her staff and the residents. I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie. She has exceeded meeting my personal challenges in every way. Ella is very helpful and always friendly. The maintenance staff is superior!! Friendly, prompt, professional and excellent workers. I feel safe and secure and consider it a privilege to live here!!!!
