We moved to Oaks of Lakebridge recently and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. Monca Cutright, Community Manager, was amazing. She was welcoming and she made sure we had everything we needed. She was professional, courtous and she made us so happy we have moved to Oaks of Lakebridge.

Everything is great except the office manager Monica . She is condescending and very rude! I’ve been living her for 4years and in the last 1 1/2 new staff has come into the office and ruined the entire zen vibe of the Lakes of Oakbridge. Aside from the nasty office staff great place but everyone knows customer service is important. Investing in customer service etiquette for staff wouldn’t hurt!
