Overall it’s a good place to live. Quiet, no bugs, no crime. It is a little pricey for the space and lack of amenities, but overall 👍🏼.

I have lived at Somerset Villa Apartments for almost 2.5 years. The apartments are nice and well kept. The manager Amy is friendly, prompt, and helpful. The maintenance people are friendly and quick to respond to requests. The apartments are quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It can be a little pricey but the location is great being next to multiple highways and shopping centers. Definitely recommend living here!

Amy is so nice and always responds to my emails. This is my first appartment and she really helped me out. My apartment isn't "perfect" but considering how much LS apartments go for I consiy myself blessed. I feel safe in this apartment. Regular maintenance, pest control actually shows up and does thier job (I have friends in other LS apartments that have problems with pest contol) I feel confident that is I had any issues they would take care of it as soon as they could.
