Wonderful, kind people! They respected my time and took great care of my kitten. I'll be bringing my other cats here as well!

Dr. Hunter Sbisa Is outstanding and he is the only reason I keep using Green Summit! The front staff is terrible and I cringe everytime I go in. They are so unorganized in the front which causes delays and it is so hit or miss if they are friendly the day you visit. Their prices are a little higher than most other vets but again, I’m willing to deal with a lot because of Dr. Sbisa!

I asked the vet to examine my dog outside because he had a horrible experience at another vet and freaks out when anyone tries to touch him at a vet. I was told no because of some insurance policy. Funny. Vets work outside all the time but they wouldnt make an exception for me because its a dog, not a horse. I fully understand why their are such a thing as policies, but sometimes exceptions should be made depending on the situation. Also, the woman at the front desk was rude and the nurse got mad when I asked to speak with the vet about the situation. Edit: This is in reply to Green Summits reply to me. I never stated I wanted to restrain him. I stated that if you would look at him outside, he would let you do anything you wanted without ANY risk to you. Your answer was to let YOU muzzle him and YOU examine him without me present. My dog is the sweetest and smartest dog I have ever owned (Border Collie/Aussie mix). You refused to listen to what I know as fact. He will not sit still and let anyone touch him INSIDE because he was tramatized by an incident at another vet when he was young. Your dishonestly to the facts is appalling, or your staff has lied to you. You're also trying to blame the dog because he has been tramatized. I did find a solution. Colbern Road Animal Clinic told me they would be happy to examine him outside.
