The staff is really friendly and even knows my four legged kids by name. If there are any issues with your apartment they are quick to come help. The grounds are alway kept clean and that’s saying something with as many fury friends as there are around here. Close to 2 different dog friendly parks and everything else you need.

This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience. Management is GREAT and very understanding. Maintenance is on top of things and VERY nice. It is an older property but is taken pretty well care of. The pool is very nice! Only complaint is that it would be nice if there was a little more parking

Music vibrating walls, quite a few disrespectful tenants, people physically/verbally fighting in the halls and parking lot, police are always here, drug problems/dealing, CONSTANT weed stench, loud bass that rattles windows from other tenants cars, vandalism, domestic violence, suspicious activity frequently, trashy. Unfortunately its the residents and their acquaintances that just don't seem to have any regard for anyone else living here. The property manager does a great job! Unfortunately its hard for one person to manage the daily disturbances that happen here. I'd say if you prefer the lifestyle listed above then come on down by all means. If not then I would keep looking. Thank you

Denise in the office has always been really friendly, helpful and nice, super cool lady. It's our first apartment and she made it easy for us. Easy to drop by with any questions or call. The apartments and complex themselves are okay. Haven't had many issues except a few things that the maintenance left from the previous tenants. Maintenance doesn't follow up on the issue but they will come out when called. Overall, it's a good location and worth it more if you get a two bedroom.
