I used to love it here, I am paying full price for a membership even though I am low income and would qualify for a scholarship. I wanted to help the community and pay the full price, but now the membership cost has been raised, the building is being ran at barely half staff. Now the leak sure pool and hot tub have been shut down ACTER the price jump. More often than not classes are being cancelled and I'm not even being notified via text or online when I check the schedule. The locker rooms aren't being maintained nor is the equipment in the gym floor. These issues really need to be addressed if you are going to make the choice as a business to raise prices of a membership.

We love going to the Kroc center. Covid messed with a lot of..most businesses. We're excited to get to use our gift card. My kids love swimming here. I've also attended a fun Mother's Day tea here several years ago and it was great!

My hubby and I exercise 3 days s week and take a dance class two days.. hot tub and lazy river after the dance class. It's always nice and really clean. Nice people at the front desk ready to help

I signed my son up for parent tot swim lessons. The class is not interactive. We spend 15 minutes in the lazy river going around in circles and then 15 minutes sitting in the shallow water. My active 2 year old is not learning anything swimming. I have tried reaching out for 2 weeks to the aquatics department and have not been able to speak to anyone to find out if this is the normal lessons or just a fluke to know for future. But they are too short staffed to speak to me. The front desk manager was really helpful and I got a refund for this go around. But the customer service is horrible and the swim lessons aren’t worth the time or money.

The Kroc Center is committed to serve without discrimination, and to develop healthy, strong communities.
Some people are more comfortable with privacy when showering, such as those with medical devices, etc.
