Sam Alison makes Honeyman Hardware an enjoyable place to be. It doesn't matter what we ask, Sam is there to take care of it, with a smile on his face. We've seen our fair share of people come and go through HHL, but Sam is hands down the best. If he leaves, we leave. Not joking.

2021 has been a trying year for tenants and landlords but special shoutout to Sam, building maintenance manager at Honeyman. Thanks for jumping in, doing more with less, going the extra mile for so many of us, and for bringing integrity, honesty, and humor to challenging circumstances. We appreciate all you do, even if we sometimes don't express it enough. Greystar is lucky to have you and so is this quirky old building we love.

We are very pleased with our decision to live here. We’ve lived here for just over 3 months and have so many great things to say about this place. The units are unique with open and spacious floor plans. Prime location, walkable to just about everything. We’ve no longer needed our vehicles to get around, which is life changing. Our favorite part about HHL is the staff. To us, that’s what really makes a place wonderful. Lucky for us, they are nothing short of amazing. Super-friendly management. Super-fast maintenance. Mercedes especially has been a huge help from the day we moved in. She made the whole laborious process seem easy and we can’t thank her enough for that. You can also tell that she truly cares about each and every one of the residents. She been a huge part of why this place feels like home and we are so lucky to have her here. If you’re looking for a place in the Pearl District, there really is no better option than Honeyman Hardware Lofts.

I have just moved into The Honeyman Lofts and I love it. My personal agent Megan was very kind, helpful and respective. She answered all my questions and she was extremely efficient on finding me an apartment I wanted. Chris and the other management is always helpful and prompt, the building has character and is safe, beautiful, and well maintained. These are funky, loft style apartments with an industrial feel which is exactly what I wanted. There is some day noise with the finishing up of the ongoing remodeling but I knew that coming in so it's not a big deal and will be ending soon. I love having access to Car2Go around the corner from the apartment building. Also, being in the center of the Pearl district with the restaurants, shops, galleries and great things to do is perfect for my life on the go. Couldn't be happier here!
