Loved Waterline! Such an awesome location, beautiful, well maintained units and amenities! Perfect area for walking your dog and close to really good restaurants and stores. The units have nice big ceilings and windows that make the space seem larger than it is, definitely nice to capitalize on the natural light when you can get it! Overall beautiful apartments and location and will definitely be looking out for any openings when I make my move to Portland!

Fair warning if you move here. Frequent car break in in the "secure" lot. Nothing to steal just going for a looksie. 175 a month in parking. ***another break in the garage. Management offering to pay for windows. Offering no other solutions

Great so far, only one minor hiccup but it was resolved thanks to Jordyn Grant our leasing agent Very spacious, nice size bathroom with nice size tub, lots of cabinets and closets. Really like the area and right on the Wilmette River. 🤗🐾
