I have lived at the Enso for about a year and 1/2 and can't imagine a better place to be. I chose this building for a couple of reasons: I no longer need a car, as Safeway and Basics Market are only one block away. If I'm going up to 23rd Ave. I can jump on the streetcar, which is only one block away. In fact, within 2 blocks I have easy access to all of the streetcars going north and south and east and west. We’re also close to restaurants, downtown shopping, a variety of churches, and more. And then there is the building itself: I live in a 722 ft.² studio apartment with a full-size kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, AC, large walk-in closet, full-size bathroom and beautiful ebony floors. Also, I have great light from a large window that overlooks a peaceful courtyard. On top of that we have a spacious club lounge adjacent to the courtyard they can be reserved for family dinners, birthdays etc. And just as important, this is the quietest building I've ever lived in. And the cleanest. Something breaks down? All you do is file a maintenance request and they are on it! It's really an oasis in the heart of the Pearl District. Great rent, great space, great vibes.

Best decision I’ve made in 2020 moving into the Enso Apts. It’s pretty affordable being located in the pearl. Management always communicates anything and everything. Such as any maintenance, covid procedures, if they are working on the hot water. They even tell you when the water is back on. There are always cute little events going on. Like every month you can submit a photo of your pet to be pet of the month. They have had a brunch, ice cream, and food cart event and I’m sure more. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Overall, I enjoy living here.

Enso is a wonderful community. The apartments are modern, large, and have upgraded finishes. The staff are quick to respond to any issues you have and the building is secure with easy package reception. The price point is a bit high, but in the area with everything a block away and the quality of the complex, I’d say it’s worth it. There is a secured underground parking garage, which is $185/month for a single spot or a bit more for a tandem.

I recently opened a business in one of their work live spaces, and I have to say these guys have been so great to me. Super easy to work with, very accommodating to any of my requests, and really professional. They hold a lot of community events which is awesome for networking with your neighbors, or meeting new people if you’re new to the neighborhood. I also really like the enclosed parking structure, which was a big plus. The units are built very solid and have beautiful fixtures. Not to mention there is a barbershop and two spas within the building. Very pleased!
