Absolutely horrible customer service. I have bought many furniture pieces from this store, and unfortunately I will never shop here again. I bought these couches only 8 months ago, the seam had started to come apart. When I called customer service I was told to call the 3rd party warranty and "tell them it was my fault" so I wouldn't have to pay the 60$ fee. I said no, it's not our faul and I'm willing to pay. Technician came out, "fixed' the issue. 5 days later (the pictures below) the seam is coming out again.. 5 days later! When I contacted MOR, I was told because I have little kids the technician added a note saying he thinks it's customer caused. Taking no responsibility of the defected piece that ripped in 5 days. I am beyond frustrated that I have paid such high price for such low quality furniture. Still waiting on the response from the supervisor 3 days later...

Excellent shopping experience. Went in to buy a new couch and Christina was super helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for and took us to three different options. She then let us browse in our own which I appreciated. When we were ready we went and found her and w were out in under 30 min for the whole process. This is our second couch from Mor - first one lasted 15 and we recently sold it to downsize. Highly recommend Christina! The delivery process was easy too and they did a great job taking the sofa up to the second floor and didn’t bump or mark any walls.

Super friendly employees. They let you look around without bombarding you to make some commission. It's the perfect amount of help. I've purchased a very nice furniture set here. Still very comfortable and great condition. I recommend this place. I'm about to purchase a bed here

The service was amazing. Very professional staff. They didn't pressure us but let us take our time to look around. When we had questions or wanted to carry a dinning chair over to the sofa area to make sure they matched, we were allowed to do that. So glad, because we ended up changing the color after seeing them side by side. We love our new furniture.

I don't think that is a question that can be answered on here. If the delivery folks have not confirmed a time with you I would call the customer service.

That is strange. They seem to ship quickly. Always been very happy with Mor and their delivery people. Sure it will work out quick.
Don't waste your money on that store. I've spent thousands there and regret it every day
