I believe the guy that helped us was Aaron, nice young guy who said he was fairly new, but this guy seemed to know everything about everything when it came to recliners. He was super nice, answered all our questions, and because of him we decided to buy from Lazy Boy today. We were going to look around some more but my wife and I were super impressed with his customer service. We will definitely make any future purchases from Lazy Boy Salem!

A perfect experience! We went in, looked around a little before deciding to sit on a sofa. The store wasn't busy and you could see employees working yet we were given the freedom to browse without being attacked by sharks. When we were approached the guy was so nice (I don't remember his name, sorry sorry sorry). He showed us everything we asked for and didn't blink when we wanted something else. Very personable. Ended up scheduling an in home design appointment (free, no obligation). This experience was 180 from my prior experience with Ashley (separate review). Absolutely recommend!
