Stopped in to purchase at least 2 pair of shoes if not more … normally get awesome service. Today, no one even said hello and three women employees were by the storeroom chatting it up and ignoring customers. They lost out on a big sale today! Very disappointed. Management needs some training.

My GF and her mother adventured into this den of shoe shopping glory with me following behind. After trying a seriously large amount of shoes that the wonderful Shea cheerfully did laps to and from the stockroom for we ended up with 4 pairs total. The lady's left with the giddy happiness only shoe hounds get after a successful hunt. Shea you deserve a raise!

I have shopped in this store for more than 2 decades. After my experience yesterday, I will never return. Upon entering the store, we were told that our state approved face coverings did not meet their store requirements. I would have left at this point, but my Mom and I were visiting that day because she wanted to purchase a birthday gift for me, so I left the decision up to her because their arbitrary rules affected her the most due to a medical condition. After looking around the store for 20 minutes, with approximately half a dozen exployees standing around the register and only 1 other customer in the store, we had to ask someone for assistance trying on shoes. Although the employee who arrived seemed kind enough, she offered none of the usual assistance, but simply brought the shoes and set the box in front of my Mom. For me, this wouldn't be a big deal, but my Mom is in her mid 60's and has Parkinson's. Ultimately, we purchased the things we came for, but when I asked where I could leave a customer comment, the store manager, Erin, came to the front. After explaining my concerns over their face coverings rule, I was told that they could "accommodate" us outside or online. I explained that neither of us are a standard shoe size and require actually trying on the shoes and I didn't believe that she was going to allow us to try on shoes outside. She flippantly said, I'm sorry and walked away. If this store is suffering financially, it is not because of the pandemic, it is due to poor customer service, poor management and arbitrary rules. Their employees had no problem coming by to tell me how cute my baby was, but suggested my 66 yo mother with Parkinson's try on her shoes outside on a 50+ degree day. Appalling!

Placed an online order on Tuesday for Olukai sandals, and they were shipped with care & FAST! From the west to east coast! I received today (Friday) and they are perfect! I would absolutely order from them again and wish I could visit a store in person!!

Masks are required, and there are extra sanitation measures in place. The amount of customers in the store at one time is limited. There are clear dividers that can be used between the customer and salesperson if you need help putting shoes on.

Just a comment. Having a lung disease I pull the mask under my nose at times to breathe. I was approached and rudely told that I had to cover nose too. There was no care or concern is the harm it might cause me. I would not support this business.

Thank you for your comment, Sandy. As you may know, retail stores in Oregon are currently mandated by the Oregon Health Authority, OSHA, and the Governor's office to require that proper face coverings are worn by staff and customers. As described by OHA, an appropriate “Face covering” means a face covering that covers the nose and the mouth and that rests snugly above the nose, below the mouth, and on the sides of the face. For further information about these requirements, you can read the following document from OHA: https://sharedsystems.dhsoha.state.or.us/DHSForms/Served/le2288K.pdf While we follow the current COVID-19 health precautions, we are happy to offer multiple accommodations to folks who are unable to wear an appropriate face covering indoors. Our products are purchasable on our website or via phone order and can be shipped or conveniently picked up with curbside delivery. We are also happy to help customers as they remain outdoors under our extended awning.
