Honestly this has been a terrible experience. We were looking for a step up from IKEA, but don’t waste your time or money. We got our first couch delivered completely broken at 10pm and the delivery drivers were so overworked! Poor guys had to load everything back into the truck. Now we have had the replacement couch for less than 2 months and one of the seams has ripped and one of the wood support beams has broken! Total rip off. The couch is comfy, but I am afraid I am going to be making payments on this thing well after it’s broken and in a landfill. To top it off I feel very mislead by the sales rep who sold us the 5 year warranty. She said they will come replace anything torn or broken and today I find out that’s only good for 90 days and the 5 years is only for stains. To top it off- I tried to write a review that was less than positive on their website and it would not let me submit it. Don’t trust the reviews they have posted on their site.

Casey was our sales rep and was exceptional at his job and made sure my wife and I were completely happy with our purchases. Now months later after we assured by the salesman not to worry about our furniture showing up months late and hear it is over 2 months later and still missing 2 items from a over 8k purchase. Called 3 times and keep getting the run around. Last call the " manager" told me they were just as upset as we were about the situation after I told him our 11yr old daughter is sleeping on the floor... Got treated like I was in the wrong for being upset. If that guy was indeed the manager he needs a new job for sure!

We loved the lady that helped us today. She was knowledgeable and did not pressure us into a decision. We are excited for our couches to come - good prices and products.

Kaytee was very welcoming when we came into the store today. She informed us about what they carry and left us to wonder around. When we did find a piece we came to her and she promptly got a price for the piece as it was on clearance. We also found a beautiful chair for a guest room we have. The store is well lit and large, many different pieces reasonably priced. We are very happy with our findings and with the professional and kind help.
