Not HAPPY. I'm glad I have my truck back but not happy with the process. W/O my truck for 4 days because of the mechanics mistake (installed the wrong part) that caused more damage (almost 5 grand estimate from Lithia up north). I pd the $400 because I was told by the 1st mechanic that they didn't expect after market warranties which I found later was not so after additional issues were found while the repairs caused by the first "repair" was being completed. They do actually expect my after market warranty and all additional repairs were covered. I'm still out $400 dollars (because seals are covered in my warranty) and my truck for 4 days. My car battery was dead due to an issue in the brake system. This time last year Les Schwab repaired this same issue so I wanted to bring it back since the work was "warrantied". Their jumper didn't work (and the Schwab guy thought it was my alternator--it wasn't) so I had to have a tow company come jump it for me so I could get it to Schwab. $100 out of pocket to get it to Schwab. Then at the shop basically all they did was suspect the battery is bad (its not) and tell me the previous work wasn't warrantied... too far out of their wheelhouse. I asked if they'd reimburse me the $100 to get it jumped to bring it in since their jumper failed me and no dice. Even after the guy I talked to agreed/admitted their jumper was bad. Hope I never have to bring a vehicle to Schwab again. I will say they did right by me last year but boy it was a struggle. Now the problem came back and they recommend I take it to a real mechanic. Good idea.

They charged my daughter $200 to swap her studded tires out for her regular tires which is twice as much as any other tire shop in Spokane. Over twice as much as nearby competitor. They then told her the brakes were in extreme need of being replaced. When she got home I took her out to the garage and we took off every tire, visually inspected all brake pads. Discovered all brake pads had a quarter inch left and the brake indicators had not even started to alert. Thought this may be of interest to some folks

I showed up at 7:17am I was third in line to get a alignment inspection and get tires rotated and balanced the front desk was super helpful. Only bad thing I got to say is if you got stuff to do don’t go there go somewhere else. I got out of there at 2:56pm. Why did it take so long? Many vehicles went ahead of me. Seems like they over book themselves after they said they had spots available. It took the same amount of time to get tires balanced, rotated and alignment check. Which they tried to have me dam near replace the whole front end. I went to automotive school and they let me look at why needs to be done and it needed one part not all of these on the list. I had death wobble and am out of town working. Never again. I would work on the vehicle myself and risk my safety because they said they checked all ball joint and everything underneath. When I get home I will check and send video online to see if they lied on checking it. Thanks for your time. I would say poor shop management.

I am pretty leary about used tires, but if you must then call for an accurate price (local Schwab store). Don't know if they sell used tires. They will buy your old tires that were purchased from them but not warn out yet.
