I had an emergency with my brakes being seized today and in a panic called Les Schwab and Gerard & the crew today helped me out getting me in as soon as I called, they ended up replacing my brakes in the same night and reassured me of the safety of driving my vehicle. Very trustworthy group of people and I would recommend them to everyone!

Tried to have another shop do my tires(poor boys) and one kept going flat ,so I went back several times to have it fixed right. (Poor boys) they could not figure out what the problem was, told me it must be my rim .took it to les schwab and it turned out it was a nail .les schwab fixed the problem and had me back out within an hour . Thank you les schwab for being an outstanding business

I am pretty shocked to read a few people received poor customer service here. I always feel like everyone at this location is very polite and friendly. Can I find the tires a little cheaper searching online and then having them shipped to me? Sure but I pay a little more for the tires to get their customer service and no charge additional services. They rotate and balance for free and also check brakes, wipers etc and anything else you ask them to. If we ever get a nail or flat they fix that as well no charge. Zero complaints about this location and I’ve been going there since 2018.

Well it could have been longer when they are busy
According to the website, that's a negative. Tires, brakes, etc. sure, but no real engine work. https://www.lesschwab.com/
They usually swap out tires that you purchased from them for free, if they're on rims already. If they have to take off the tires that are on the rim and swap them, then yes they do charge.
