Was told that my car couldn't even be aligned because a bolt was missing they told me it would be 6 hours worth of work to fix. I took it home and had it fixed in 20 mins. Scammers just trying to steal your money.

these guys are awesome. they have always been willing to help me out with my F150. Jon and Curt have helped me multiple times in the past and I will always come back to the tire store for services. thanks to all the rest of the staff as well I always leave feeling like my truck was done right and all my questions have been answered. I definetly recommend these guys to family and friends every chance I get. very trustworthy nice people.

Went in with a slow leak in my tire from a screw… left it with them for a few hours only to be told it was irreparable because the inner lining was bad. Took it to Les Shwab today and they checked the tire just to be sure before I bought a new set and the liner was just fine…the tire had not been properly inspected and all it needed was a patch. To make it worse I was informed that had the liner of this tire actually been bad it would have been unsafe to store such a tire with air still in it as they did. Needless to say I don’t believe I will be doing business with the tire store in the future… seems there are more honost shops around… oh, and they didn’t charge me to fix it either.

I called every tire store in Spokane for four studded snow tires. They had the best price and they were unable to find the original tire they quoted me and upgraded me to a better tire for the original quote price. Very positive experience. Good job guys 👍.
