My biggest complaint is the tire center will not answer the phone. I tried many times over several days. But no one answers

Picked out my tires online and then tried to call to order and get an appointment. No answer so I went in person and boy there of course was a line....no wonder why they can't answer!!! . The line went nice and fast,the salesmen were considerate,patient and very helpful. I got my appointment,tires ordered and gas on my way out. LOVE COSTCO!!!!!

Tried to call and order tires 6 times with no answer. Finally purchased tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. They confirmed the appointment but never said they hadn’t gotten the tires. When I arrived at my appointment they advised the tires weren’t there. If you’re going to confirm an appointment, maybe, just maybe you should see if the tires are there. Thanks for wasting my time.

I love getting tires from Costco! They almost always have a special on one brand or another going on. The service is usually pretty decent. My only gripe is they never answer their phone and when I ordered tires off their website this time they never called to let me know they were in. Otherwise always had great service!
