The automated system is just as useless as the delivery driver who doesn't deliver packages or even leave notices most times. Unbelievable how USPS is still in business. The Office itself isn't awful, most at the counter are fine however the driver and how long it takes to get packages almost always are the problems. Update 1/24/21 Even more useless than when I wrote the original review. 🤦

When we 1st moved here delivery was great. Past year or so, not. My meds. went to another house and got opened. We get mail for those who moved 7 yrs. ago. We got mail for another development, only the house number was similar. Several times outgoing mail was not all removed from our box. It's not complicated read carefully and check to be sure the box is empty.

I have been using this post office for over 20 years and I have never found them to be anything but courteous and helpful. During the pandemic I have been getting lots of packages by mail and my carrier always puts them along with the rest of that day's mail on my front porch, which is set well off the street. There can be a long line at the post office but they move people along while patiently taking the needed time with each. I have never seen them chatting with each other or slacking off when people were waiting. We are very blessed to have such great people and we should thank them every day.

I am only leaving 1 star because I can not leave 0! I was home all day on 12/7, a note for a "final notice" for a package was left in my mailbox. The carrier NEVER came to the door for me to sign for this package!!! She just left the notice in my mailbox! This is the 3rd issue with this carrier! The first was her honking her horn repeatedly for me to go out the the driveway for a package she was too lazy to get out of the car! The second was my package being delivered to a house on an entire different road. I only received the package because the person in that house was great enough to bring it to me!!!
