Came in with a horrible flat and couldn’t afford to replace all 4… Nick was so nice and accommodating, he set me up with a new tire until I could afford all 4 and is hosting a class to help women learn more about their cars and how to make them more comfortable in the shop!!!! 10/10 would recommend

If I had the option for a zero star, I would have selected that. Went in for an estimate, which was double what others quoted me....didn't care! What was really upsetting was the unprofessional, disgruntled, beefed up, cantankerous, uptight, big dude at the counter. He treated another coworker like an "underling" by pushing him out of his way at the front counter. I'm sure the mechanic that was pushed felt horrible. A word of advice for the big guy in the black Nike shirt....kind words work. I'll give you an example, "excuse me (fill in name here) would you please excuse me?" That would have worked much better than placing your hands on a grown man. Besides that, the customer service sucked, no smile, how ya doing, nothing...nothing at all. Way to make your customers uncomfortable, with that attitude see how far it gets you. Best of luck bud...you're gonna need it.
