After having my car at another shop, I had a terrible vibration that no one could resolve. I took my care to Discount Tire since I had purchased my tires from another location 6 months prior. I explained the frustrations I was having and no one could find the problem. They checked everything, but when I left the vibration was still there. I came right back, they tried one more thing and it fixed it! They were kind, patient, and very knowledgable.

Joey was very attentive, decisive and more than fair in dealing with my tire issues. Anytime I get new wheels and tires I have a mounted and balanced here. They do a great job they don't scratch the brand new Wheels and they're actually kind of quick. Proud of everything from drag slicks with weld wheels. To koni's and street tires. Friendly staff.

I'm no expert. Have shopped around for used tires before. Decent tires probably $100.00 each.
I would suggest going down to them so they can look at the lug nuts.
Standard practices in place. Waiting/chairs adequately separated. Counter had plastic separation screens. Staff wearing masks. Upon entry there is a hand cleaning station for use. What I did not see: anyone wiping counters, chairs after customers use, or entry door during my recent visit.
Yes they are that busy. Winter is coming & everybody is having there snow tires. I had appointment & I had wait 40 minutes to get just 1 brand new tire.
Costco used to. I don't know if they still do.
Don't bother with appointmens it's a waste of ur time! My appointment was for 2pm and here I sit at 2:30 waiting for them to take my truck back! I'm about to get my money back! I was told when I made the appointment they could have me out by 3 so I go and make a frontend alignment appointment for 3!!!! I was told 15 mins ago that I next..not happy at all!
I would call them to ensure size and availability.
