Worst Ross I’ve ever been to! Looked them up online and it said they close at 11. My bf and I walked in around 9:50-10pm to shop. About 20 minutes into shopping their employee DT says rudely “you know we’re closed right? You guys need to go get in line at the checkout now” I was honestly dumbfounded by the tone and rudeness coming from an employee to a paying customer. So we go to up front to stand in line. The store is a wreck and DT has then made her way up front brushing past me picking up things so I just move out of her way cause clearly excuse me isn’t in her vocabulary. The lady checking out was nice and who I assume was the lead/manager was nice. We asked her about their hours saying 11pm and she politely informed us they were closing early due to being short staffed. Makes sense and I appreciated the only act of kindness in that store. We then told the girl at the checkout how sorry we were because we thought they closed at 11. When DT then bursts out with “y’all know it’s Covid you should have called”…..what? So I then proceed to tell her that she must be having a bad day because she’s being extremely rude. So then an arguments breaks out between her and my bf. The lead/manager just keeps telling her to calm down. It ended with me telling her that I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to a customer the way she has us tonight, I’d be fired. This store really needs some help and needs to get rid of some employees because you can feel the tension just walking into that place. I won’t be shopping there any time soon and if your into having people be rude to you then this is your place!

Would give this store 0 stars if I could. I’ve sent over $1,000 here in the past month since moving here. Was excited to bring my girlfriend here to look for Halloween stuff to get ready for the season. Got there at about 9:45pm when the store closes at 11pm. Had an employee come get in our face at 10:01pm saying that “if we don’t bring our stuff up right now we just need to get out.” I said excuse me ? You guys are open another hour and she said “have you never heard of covid, we are closed” asked her her name and she said my names “DT what you want.” Stores all bad, don’t waste your money and your time here. If you manage this store, please consider the employees you hire.

Pretty busy location. Kinda messy due to customers pulling clothes off of racks to check them out and not putting things back from where they found them. Other than that, Ross is Awesome! I always manage to find a decent outfit and/or shoes. At GREAT PRICES! I will return and shop there again in the future.

I was only visiting for home goods and decorations. It's funny, no matter what state you're shopping at Ross in, it always seems so messy. It's like shopping in chaos 😄 There's usually a good amount of items on the floor and random things on wring shelves. They have good discounted prices, I'm not a fan of the clothing but I know many are.
