Not only did I spend 25 minutes in the drive thru behind 4 people. But I had a question about an item on the menu and the employee wasn't able to answer my question about one of the sauces. Also I was hoping to try a new burger, but I'm not able to have pickles nor onions. I asked for the customization and he told me I'm not able to order it with no pickles/onions. So I ordered a $7 Daily Meal and wanted to sub my sundae and I got overcharged. Since COVID hit. The service and speed at this location of dropped drastically. Luckily I don't work too far from work..when I got my food, my burger was lukewarm-cheese not melted, burger undercooked-it may have been the worst burger I've ever had from a DQ restaurant.

HORRIBLE SERVICE after many times coming to this Dairy Queen there is always something I keep coming because sometimes people are not having a good day but clearly management is NOT doing their Job actually the manager should be fired of how poor he customers services is. I GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars.

Ordered a 6 piece with 2 gravy. No butter on bread, got 4 pieces and 1 gravy and they were extremely slow

Visited 08/16/3020 @7:00-7:30pm in the drive thru. Not too happy about paying $33 for such terrible quality customer service and food. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, it was nothing short of a chicken tender on brown, wilted lettuce on a bun harder than cardboard. Fries were very underdone, and not one person made eye contact through the whole order. Super disappointed.
