No receipt after first window told me to go to next window to get it. Then my tea was the leakest tea I have ever had, when I asked about the tea they told me we ran out of tea bags and they ran it twice with too much water. Ordered. Combo meal with no mustard, and extra onions, I got mustard and no onions? Terrible experience

Morning first window drive thru employee got both orders wrong twice. Thankfully the manager was kind and swift in fixing the order.

Probably the worst McDonald's in Lexington.. Has had some of the rudest managers. If you go In the evening the burgers/fries are cold and the buns stale and hard.. This is a consistent problem.. The conglomerate that runs/owns this store is out of Richmond and could care less about its customers.. They used to have a really good regional manager. He retired and then things went south..

Very very upset about an employee being fired for delivering MY BIG Mac to the truck. I believe the manager's name is Kim. I had been waiting for 5 minutes and I guess she didn't want me to have the 1st burger up. You're a BIG disappointment manager.
