Employee was vaping in the kitchen. I vape myself, but I think its disgusting to do it around people's food. I was going to submit a survey but I was also never given my receipt. Service was also slow and terrible

Drive thru service was incredibly slow for 4:30PM on a weekday. Pulled up with one car at each of the two ordering lanes, and waited about 8 minutes before we could order. Also took about 10 minutes waiting in line at the pick up windows. Very friendly server however.

Asked for cheese on sausage mc griddles in drive thru. Even had label on wrapper. Left, opened wrapped sandwich, no cheese. Are you kidding me? You pocketed .69 for cheese on each sandwich. Never going back. Double check your sandwiches, everybody.

They let people walk up to the drive through, cutting off the drive through line (which had grown to be very long). 6 people did this. 6 people cut off all the cars in the line. The employees took their orders and let them walk through the line to stand at the next window. Not only is this disrespectful and a huge waste of time for people trying to wait for their food, its a huge safety hazard. One woman almost got hit when a car thought they were leaving (two women standing at the window- they have seperate orders.) We left without getting food, as there became a standing line at the window or random people who walked up cutting off the cars that had been waiting for 30 minutes already.
