Quite possibly the most ghetto, rude employees out of all the McDonald’s in lex. When they’re working out of one drive thru window only, they forget to return your debit card, and when you come back to retrieve it, they give major attitude.

They were very busy. Both of the lines for drive thru was wrapped around, there inside of the restaurant was closed, I'm assuming due to shortage in staff! But for as busy as they were they still did a great job getting there customers served. We ordered some burgers & got a couple carmal sundaes! They was great. We had asked got extra carmal on our sundaes and they were made correctly in my opinion with caramel on the bottom and on the top. Thank you for working hard McDonald's!!!

When I first moved onto Richmond Rd and started going to this location, my orders were right but now, my last three visits have been wrong. Today was it for me. I asked for a “number 7” and they lady repeated back to me “okay you want a cheeseburger?” …that isn’t what I said so I corrected her, she finally got it and repeated my entire order back to me correctly. Got to the window, was asked if I had the number 7 with a large coke, was told my total was 6.15 and she took my card. Got to the second window where they proceeded to hand me a small bag so I asked if it was the meal, she said no a meal wasn’t put down for me, so I told her “No i told the lady it was supposed a number 7 and she even said it back to me. twice.” went to look at my receipt and even though she repeated it back to me TWICE, she still put the WRONG ORDER down and charged me wrongly. I told them to no longer worry about it and took the ONE cheeseburger. I don’t understand how this wrongly of miscommunication happened but as I said, it was the third time and third time is the charm for me.

I was waiting for my order when the the what I can only assume is the clueless manager who I later got his name ERIC, came around the corner and instead of jumping in to help his already hard at work crew felt the need to tell his shift manager she shouldn’t be taking orders she needed to get order out . NO. A leader sets an example he should have helped in the area of need . While I’m sitting here writing this review he still giving her a hard time about not bring something back the way he had it this man I can only compare to someone who has too much power . We don’t need another white man telling underpaid workers they’re not doing their job right I will be back because I want to see a change . I hope this makes it to someone who can implement change put him on the front line for a couple days let her be his boss for a day he needs to know how to do it with compassion and understanding it may be a little bit effort himself
