Hands down, the absolute best pistachio macaron I’ve had in my life. We walked in 2 mins before close today in a last ditch effort to get treats for my moms birthday after being snowed in. The worker was so friendly and so helpful. We got cream puffs, macarons, a cupcake, an eclair, and a little croissant type tart with cream and fruit on top. All were super fresh and absolutely delicious! The cream in those puffs and the blueberries on the tart! Heaven. No way those were sitting in the cabinet all day. My family and I are so happy this lovely little bakery is so close to home. Sure, a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. Try finding treats of this quality for any less!

Small yet very cute bakery, went around noon on a Sunday and was immediately helped. I got an eclair, 2 pastries, 2 vanilla cream puffs, 2 pumpkin cream puffs and a mini pumpkin pie for $19 and it was BEYOND worth it! I will gladly be coming back from Everett!

This bakery lives up to its reputation for Cream puffs, the texture, crisp and cold cream in your mouth is not only filling, but very satisfying. The macarons selection is excellent, I am confident there is a flavor for every pallet! This bakery spares no expense to the quality of their ingredients and creams. Pictured we chose, Red velvet cheesecake, coconut, salted caramel, birthday cake, strawberry and pistachio macarons. I highly recommend you give it a try! One of the hidden gems in the PNW for tasty treats.

Employees wear masks unless eating or drinking for lunch. Shop is cleaned back and front numerous times throughout the day with Covid 19 killing sanitizers. We only alow two groups of two or less in the bakery at a time. Multiple sanitizers for customers. 6 feet distancing. Employees must wash hands everytime they touch face/facemask or when they use restroom they must wash twice. There are also sneeze guards on the counter to separate employees from guests. Lines outside on sidewalk for social distancing. Mask required signs all over front and back of shop. Customers can no longer touch Point Of Sale screen to add tip, they must tell us before tansaction is complete. We have face masks available in case you have forgot to yours as well.
