Lost the key to my Harley Davidson right when the weather got nice. Through the Harley dealership it's was a 3-5 week wait for my key. Bills got me back on the road same day I just had to take out my ignition for them to make a copy. Best part it wasn't even more expensive than the dealer. Very satisfied customer thanks Bill's!

I only called but they couldn't assist due to them being booked. The gal that answered was friendly. If ever in Kent and we happen to need locksmith id call back to see of available.. Because I didn't use thier services I cam only review call. She was informative. Even suggesting another place to call. Very helpful,? polite, ands friendly. So yes I'd suggest calling..

I've been going to Bill's locksmith for years. They're often affordable, personable and friendly. The parking lot is always a little bit of a chore to get in and out of but for the most part their location is very convenient considering it's on the way through Kent and into Auburn. They've been able to help me get locks rekeyed and also produced me duplicate keys. The guys are also pretty helpful with getting me duplicate keys especially when they have to match it up to the old one because it's a worn down key. They know their industry well and they know exactly what they're talking about. They're always nice enough to explain to me how the keying process works. I typically remove my own locks myself and take them down for them to rekey the cylinders and it always turns out great! Thank you Bill's for continued years of service! I'll keep going even if I have to go out of my way to come back.
