I originally went to Enterprise in Manchester. The employee at that time offered me a vehicle with a broken windshield. I politely told her I was not going to place my 1 year old in a broken windshield vehicle she than put me on a vehicle with smoke burns everywhere . Smelled horrendously was completely unsatisfied but there was no other choice. A few days passed and i went in to return the vehicle due to not knowing the process as far as insurance extending the rental time. I explained to the employee I was returning due to not knowing if the insurance had extended the time or not. The employee did not even bother checking instead charged my card $24 for the gas that was used in 2 days which was not equivalent to $24 . As i was returning the vehicle the insurance had called me letting me know they have extended my rental i had told the employee the insurance just told me the rental has been extended i would like the vehicle back … the emoloyee then stated unfortunately because she returned it in the system the insurance would have to do a new reservation. Mind you the rental deposit is $100 that is not release in minutes it takes days to. This is all within minutes of me returning the vehicle . I then had to get a cab to Go home and the insurance booked a new reservation in Hooksett. I had to then put another $100 on hold but the Hoksett employees took really good care of me i highly would recommend the hooksett location. I returned with no hassle of anything returned the vehicle clean.

These guys were PHENOMENAL! Stress free, excellent service. They were so great about our 2 young daughters being there & helped entertain them throughout the entire process. HUGE thank you to our salesman Omar, you were wonderful!

I wanted to take a minute to point out how exceptional Rachel at the front desk was. She listened to my needs and found me a vehicle to accommodate my family while mine was getting repaired. She was truly exceptional as was everyone at this location. It was nice to actually see a smile on everyone’s face!

My experience was great but my daughter's was not. She rented a car for one day. The arrangement confirmed by email the night before for $77 rounded. When she arrived to pick up the Bangor Maine office substituted a more expensive car and made her pay the extra. The deposit has now been held up for over a week. Same story so sorry it will be refunded by the end of the week. Explain that to her two kids when they need stuff and you still have her money . Very poor customer service and problem resolution. Hope you sleep well at night considering she just dropped $24,000 on a vehicle through the cat sales department. Your rental division is deplorable.
