Although I was switched to their sister company, I am writing this review about Sue, the office manager for Ray Moving Co. in Manchester NH. She was absolutely the nicest person to deal with. I was trying to set up a move in date for belongings their sister company had moved into storage. I couldn’t seem to connect with the right person who could help me with this until I found Sue. She took it upon herself to contact the appropriate people to set it up with a promise they would be in contact. I was very relieved and she went above and beyond for me. A real pleasure & a real treasure!

I used Ray The Mover and Marathon for packing, moving and storage services in spring of 22. Excellent experience start to finish. The quote was easy to obtain with the mobile app and competitively priced based on other quotes I pulled. The movers arrived on time and in good spirits to pack me up. I paid extra for kitchen, wall art and lamp packing. They cranked it out with all the correct supplies. Apologies to the crew as I forget their names at this point, I held off doing a review until my experience was complete though I know for sure Jesse was there on both ends. They then stored my stuff for three months and were available to deliver on the exact date I preferred. Jesse, Junior and Mitch were equally efficient in unloading my stuff. Nothing broke during the whole pack/move/store/move experience and the guys were very accommodating to move furniture around prior to departing. Working with Ray/Marathon may have been the most pleasant experience in my whole relocation process. Kudos all around.

I had a last minute local small business move that needed to be completed last week. The quick response and scheduling flexibility was reassuring. I was able to schedule the local move a few days out. I only had big, heavy furniture that needed to be moved. On the day of the move, Mike, Junior and Joe arrived earlier than I expected (which was great). Although I could tell Mike and Junior had been doing this for a while, all three were professional, personable and had everything moved out quickly. Although I felt bad they had to move all that heavy furniture up a flight of stairs, they moved quickly and were efficient. I appreciated the walk throughs before they moved anything in the beginning, once everything was on the truck, before they unloaded the truck and one final time to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be. They definitely made having to move a little less stressful.

We had never moved a long distance before. We chose Ray the Mover . That turned out to be an excellent choice. Received a quote and it turned out to be a little less. The crew arrived on time and proceeded to wrap and pack. I received a notice on when delivery would be made. They provided the drivers name and cellphone number so I could contact him on arrival time. He arrived on time . The items shipped were so well packed, that I could not guess what some of the items were until they were unpacked! You will not make a bad decision choosing Ray the Mover. The employees are the best!
