The goal of dcyf is to take your kids. This is a business and in order to keep their jobs they need customers. If a family is recently off the streets and had nothing they would rather take your kids than actually help you get on your feet. It's sad. Never let these people in without a court order. They are not in your side.

The State of NH literally has a PO box for all incoming documents for people's medical paperwork. Something is really fishy here. Gtfo this state, for your own good.

Organization itself is great, it offers a lot of services to the public, however some of their Staff members defeat the purpose , for example they would go ahead and make appointment without prior notifying you and just conveniently inform your case worker that you been notified, which would cancel your benefits if you missed the appointment that you didn’t even know you had ?? People that lie like this just to save themselves a phone call should be FIRED on the spot for NEGLIGENCE AND IGNORANCE!! You just don’t treat people in need like that ,so appalled by this!!

Terrible service. I have had to rely on Medicaid for health insurance for less than a year when I was working a per diem job. In that time they closed me eight times for arbitrary reasons. Everytime I called I couldn't get a straight answer as to why I had been closed, in fact one time the person I was speaking to admitted I had been closed by their own fault not mine. Another time they closed me for not submitting a packet of paperwork that they never even sent me in the first place. Needless to say I ended up paying over $300 out of pocket for medical expenses during this time due to being closed so many times, and I am a young healthy 28 year old, I can't imagine what this must be like for someone with health issues. I submitted my receipts to get reimbursement for these expenses as the person I spoke to on the phone told me that although they had reopened my coverage it would not be seen by healthcare providers right away so I'd have to pay out of pocket initially but would get reimbursed after. I never saw any of this money.....
