I had a great experience yesterday. So I’m as green as it comes to cycling and contacted a few buddies for advice on my first mountain bike. It was a little helpful but nothing compared to the knowledge I gained at Jakes. I was given comparisons based on my “mission” and I wasn’t just sold. At one point I wanted to buy a child seat and was advised against it due to my daughters age and me being a novice. Happy new owner of a Haro and new loyal customer.

I chose Jake's to build a brand new bike purchased online and am very happy with the decision. Brought the bike on a Saturday and was able to pick it up on Thursday. They also let me into the shop to pick out a helmet. The techs are friendly and no BS or uppity vibe that can be found in other bike shops. Jake's is is where I trust my high end downhill bike. They are knowledgeable and personable. We have bought two bikes from them and I cannot say enough about the service they provide! Update: just picked up a new bike and my other downhill bike from them. Amazing service and got exactly what I needed and wanted. They always meet the deadlines. We needed this downhill bike and they got it done on time!
