Why do you guys do burnt muffins or overdone pastries for cafes? Lol aren't they suppose to be fresh looking? Not sad and so brown like they've been sitting in the oven for so long.

I get their maple bar from Ken's Market in Phinney and I can't get enough of it. I haven't had their other treats mainly because I can't resist getting the maple bar over and over.

Has to be the best red velvet cupcakes i ever tasted. AND the big PINK cookies are to die for. Shell by EQC in Fife carries PINKS pastries. AND i just realized their bakery is by my work in Kent :) i will be stopping by first thing tomorrow!
