I've been coming here for years never had a problem in the past put my clothes in the dryer the dryer didn't work so I told the lady now it was 45 minutes had gone by I always use the upper dryer because I can't get down on my hands and knees and get back up I told the lady I need one that goes up on the top but I was unable to get one so I put it down below and when we were all said and done she did pay for it but only gave me 35 minutes of the 45 minutes that I had on before and I had to go to the bottom didn't help me put it in the bottom didn't help me get it out of the bottom even though I'm disabled I was so hurt if I would have been a little girl I would have been crying right then and there disappointed since I have been a trusted customer for years I'm so disappointed

I have been washing here for years because I live one block away. Today I start my two loads in the two front washers which are 4.50. I have 7.00 dollars in dimes and nickles and I ask the lady if I can get quarters to to dry my two large loads. As soon as I ask her for quarters she tells me to go to Fred Myers. I have already started my wash. The lady was very rude. It is 430pm 6/29/21. I tried to ask her to use the restroom and she just walks out the door and gets in her car and leaves. I have wash here every week for years and have never been treated this way. I do not appreciate being treated this way due to the fact I have wash here for years. Not even letting me use the restroom

The washer I was using started leaking almost immediately. I pushed the emergency stop....nothing, it kept going. No one representing the laundry mat was onsite nor a number to call. I kept the leak from causing any kind of issue and I found another leak on the side from where I was! I left as soon as the wash was done.
