Needed packing wrap. 5 people deep in line. One person working on a Saturday!!! Stayed in line for 25 minutes and finally left. Even though there was only one lady working, she could have checked me out in two minutes and continued waiting on the others. Totally ridiculous to have that least staff especially on a Saturday at 11:45 AM. If there were any more staff, they were not insight.

My trailer hitch wiring was not working. It was still under warranty from this same location. I was told to return at 7pm and someone would work on it. I returned and talked to the manager who told me they couldn't work on it. When I asked when they could he gave me a vague response like maybe Wednesday unless a part comes in then they would be tied up for about 5 hours or more. I had asked the woman when I first arrived that morning for an appointment. I was told they didn't make appointments for this work. Since the installation was under warranty I that they would do the work for no charge. I then found somewhere else that fixed the problem for $85. What value is the warranty if they won't do the work. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience plus I am out $85. Don't expect this location to be helpful.

Hope you don’t need access to buildings D or C. Last summer the HVAC was down in bldg D for over 2 months. They advertise temps similar to your home. It was over 100 degrees in my space several times last summer.
