My fiancée and I grew up in Naperville for 20+ years and lived here for 3 years. This was such a pleasant place to live and we felt we got lucky with our first apartment. MK, Shannon, Jessica and the entire office staff are great. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to do what they can to make the experience positive. The maintenance staff here really shines too; always prompt, things get fixed right the first time and they work tirelessly to keep the property looking and operating as it should. My fiancée worked in the city for a few years and being a few minutes from the route 59 train station with a shuttle was key. You’re 5 minutes from downtown Naperville, 5-10 minutes from Target, Whole Foods, Mariano’s, Costco and a bunch of other things you’ll appreciate having close to you. You feel like you’re living in a true neighborhood with the surrounding townhomes, and there’s a large park with a lakeside walking path right outside if you’re a pet parent like we are. Overall, we really couldn’t think of any complaints. We enjoyed our time here and it was largely due to the effort this management/maintenance team puts into making the experience a positive one.

The apartments are very new and nice. Jess Godes in the leasing office is the bomb! She's always very responsive and helpful whenever I have issues.

We love living here but the walls are so thin 😢 our neighbors upstairs are super loud in the evenings and we have a baby. Can’t be helped I guess. Maintenance and leasing agents are quick to respond to your needs and facilities are great.

BEWARE! Unethical and dishonest property management company with terrible employees. They pretend to be nice in the beginning to get you to sign the lease, but then when you move in or if there are any issues, they show their true colors. They are so rude, unethical, unhelpful, and dishonest. I was ripped off! The condition of the apartment was so bad, I moved out within a week, and they proceeded to charge me about $4000 for less than a week's stay in that disgusting place. Now they owe me money, but they are giving me the run around. I was supposed to have received my money already, but they haven't even sent it. When I called them to inquire about it, they hung up on me. Furthermore, the apartments are so gross and poorly constructed. It was the noisiest apartment I have ever stayed in. I was kept up all night. I was able to hear people talking, babies crying, etc while I was inside my bedroom, and they were inside their apartment. The sound was so loud and clear, but their apartment wasn't even adjacent to mine. It was around the corner and down the hall. I've never experienced that before anywhere. This is in addition to being able to hear upstairs neighbors doing any and everything like opening and closing cabinets, turning on the water, walking, etc. Oh, and how could I almost forget to mention that they gave other companies my personal information without my consent. This is such a violation of my privacy, and it resulted in numerous unwanted calls and texts. They kept blowing up my phone and wouldn't stop. One company even signed me up for services I never authorized, and they did it without ever speaking to me. All because this unethical property management company gave them my personal information. I don't know if they got paid to sell my information or what. I don't recommend these apartments or any apartments run by Pioneer Property Management. It has been the worst experience.
