I truly like Jessica as a person and think she is trying. However, communication with tenants needs work. Especially when she sends out emails. Jessica needs to put them out on ReNew letterhead and place them on ALL the doors. Not everyone gets the emails or the several mentally challenged may not even know how to access them by computer. All the previous property managers had no problem doing that. Why the change? There are office hours but door is repeatedly locked. And if anyone needs her but door is locked tenants receive an email about not disturbing her because she's busy with conference calls or whatever. Again, I do like Jessica BUT the communication or lack there of isn't effectively tending to them in person, with direct contact implemented. What happened to the monthly events? Why are homeless people in the apartment directly below me are not being forced to vacate the building and the actual tenants in the apartment are not being removed as well. They already violated the smoking ban on multiple occasions and now they have a revolving door of homeless people coming and going. Last time I reported over and over about the drug traffic in the apartment across from me yet nothing was done until a fire happened in that apartment. Only then the actual tenant was immediately evicted. Only a matter of time before people below me ends up doing the same thing. For all we know these homeless people have warrants or worse. Kids live here. Does ReNew not care about our safety? WHY are so many cigarettes and weed smokers STILL live here or allowed to move in? Isn't it the manager's JOB to make sure smokers and weed users don't sign a lease? People stealing paintings off the wall, letting the homeless hide out in their apartment and NOTHING IS BEING DONE! Owners... PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PROPERTY!!! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR RELIABLE TENANTS!! They are the ones looking out for the property FOR YOU! These are the tenants who hold the violators accountable. DO BETTER ReNEW!!

Renew aurora is a good place to live. For an apartment and living next to other people, obviously there’s noise and people live their lives (you do you boo!) lol but anyway, pool and workout room are wonderful. Jessica the apartment manager is great at what she does, is respectful and truly cares about keeping renew aurora a good place to live. Tony, the maintenance man, is the best. Some residents are nosy, others became like family! :)

There is never a guarantee or not of getting approved, but some causes for denials can be evictions, anything in collections, lower credit scores or any bankruptcies that have not been closed for at least 2 years. The only way to know for certain about approval is to apply and wait to receive back the screening results. Applicants only need cosigners if they do not meet the income requirements of 2.5 times the monthly rent, using gross pay, but both the applicant and cosigner will have to pass the screening process in order to be approved.
