Horrible customer service. Wells Fargo in Kirkland was able To offer waving A fee for me. The representatives at this location were just rude. The had refused waving the fee, claiming that a manager wasn't available to waive the fee, but another representative there had just told me the manager was just busy at the moment. I've been a customer since 2006 and this location is just outright terrible. Definitely wouldn't suggest visiting this location unless you just needed to use the atm.

A Discriminatory branch. Refused to make change for my $100 bill. Had to go to Chase down the street to be treated like a human being apparently.

I deposit my money into a business account at this well fargo brench the teller count my money the and gave me my receipt. for the exact amount of cash that i give her , and as soon as i left she soon revise the transaction to her self and few days the company asked me if I did the deposit if so to send them the receipt I did so . When the business contact this brench the teller told the supervisor that I revise the transaction. When I found that out I went into the bank I was told that she has quit. and no body would talked to me because I am not on the account. $ 3986.74 that was amount they stole from me . People please be careful with this well fargo brench keep eyes on your account.

I agree with the last post. However, the teller ...3 weeks into his new job was AMAZING (He gets 5 stars) The manager, Jay Nygun was HORRIBLE! I've never been treated like a criminal in s bank I've been with. Trying to deposit $$ from a dang payroll card to my account and this jerk treated me like I was a thief (IN MY OWN ACCOUNT NO LESS!). It's already s pain to have to do this & this Douche just made it worse. An email to corporate is next!
