Came in to get my torch bottles swapped out for full units and some welding rod. I have some experience welding and metal working but am not an expert. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and also applied a military discount. My bank card chip was acting up and had to run it a few times but again the guy at the counter was patient and helpful. Wish i got his name but hopefully he remembers the transaction. Thank you!

Super slow repair service and customer followup.After they held my welder for 6 weeks without ever telling me what the status was and after several un-returned calls I finally called and asked to just get it back to take somewhere else. Well the owner refused to let me have my welder back.I left disgusted with this place. They called the next week to tell me it was toast not worth fixing because of an 1880.00 dollar part. Suspicous of the this I took it somewhere else and the welder was repaired for 87.00 . I paid them 50,00 for 6 weeks of storage and they put nothing on my invoice except labor. In the mean time I purchased A coolamte 3, a syncrowave 210 and a millermatic 252 all from the place that actually fixed my other welder for me. I will never buy anything from them again even gas.
