Rude - terrible service. I waited outside the entrance for someone for more 5-7 mins and then finally they tell me to go inside to wait behind a wall and then they say I’m outside of the 15 min window. The guys at the computer tells me the time and asks if I know the time right now. Then he says you’re outside of your 15 min window and the walk up line is 2-3 hours. Can’t believe you can treat people this way and still get away with it. I wish I could just cancel my Costco membership for this terrible treatment and service. Oh and the guys name is Jeremi.

Had new tires put on last month, and within a week my tire sensor light came on. Took the car back and they confirmed that the tires were inflated properly with no leaks. Light never went out though. I was finally able to get back there today and they then tested the sensors and found one was bad. I was told after it was replaced at my cost that it had fallen out of the valve stem, but of course wasn't their fault.
