Don't ever come live here My AC is out and theyDon't even think they have a plan to fix it I keep getting the run around being told to call back later when they don't answer the phone anyway so I have to walk up there are drive up there to talk to someone the main manager is always at other properties or she's always out of town I work hard to pay my bills to make sure that I'm in the right I'm paying an over a $1000 for rent and fees I work hard for my money and if I pay you to live here I expect things to be fixed and livable instead of having a sit here and wait for you to decide to fix stuff On top of all this my mother works from home and every time I get off work I'm working overnight She's in her office looking like she's working in his sweat shopping and not her Home Office

Besides the spacious apartment this place was okay. Mid lease they went up on the rent and put utilities in separate bills and charged differently every month. I was prorated too much when i moved in and was given a credit on my account instead of just giving me my $90 back like a month later. Sometimes you have to call to get maintenance to come after filling a service claim but they do come and do their best. The area has gotten a bit more ghetto than when I moved in. But they help you when you need help with anything. Marlo and Autumn are very helping and caring. I honestly do like living here they keep it clean when hoodlums throw trash in the street and my building is peaceful. **UPDATE 2022** The new management team in that office is ghetto! They don't answer the phones they act like they all know what they're doing and then tell you they're learning everything. We got no notice of new management and was surprised. I moved out over a month ago and still haven't received my security deposit back. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team comes when you call them. Don't move here. It used to be a good place when Autumn Marlo and Alex was there and they're all gone. Don't deal with this place.

My experience with this complex is so bad that its something that I can't explain. Work orders that are still not completed from a year ago still sit not completed. Promises from the leasing office broken each time so I fix and pay for my own maintenance issues unless they are too much out of pocket. Retaliation is real with the previous team so i had no idea management and staff changed until I received a call about new items being offered by the leasing office. I've never received a call the 2 years I've lived at this property. I was taken back on the professionalism and how polite the staff was. Latasha was more than welcoming, she sat down with me and addressed my concerns. Again I am shocked! Things were explained about changes and not one time did she say she was too busy and would get back with me later like the previous team. I'm still trying to process the new management team because it's a shock for me to have a new team that really listens to concerns. While I don't expect things to change right away because there are just too many things that have to be addressed I am more than willing to give the new team a chance to change the negative experience of my time here. I just want to personally thank the new team and especially Latasha for giving me hope!

I lived in these apartments for about a year and six months roughly. There were definitely pros and cons. I will say, when I first moved in I felt like the community was very well maintained. My neighbors were amazing and the leasing office was prompt with communication. As time past, neighbors were moving out and the younger crowd started moving in. Constant disputes, loud noice, multiple calls to the leasing office starting to drive me away from this unit. PROS -Personally, I will not willing to pay the price being offered on my lease renewal to be living in north county, However, I do feel that in comparison to the nearby apartment communities, you do get a better value here in terms of the unit itself and cost. -I would go running on my lunch break and the community just outside of the apartments is well maintained and overall friendly. -The outside is well maintained. The grass is always cut and the trash is always picked up. I've read some reviews about trash overflow, but we did not have that problem in my 1BDRM area. CONS -The ladies in the leasing office don't make phones a priority. -Utilities changed and slightly increased in the middle of the lease without any consultation with the tenants. -Moving out expectations are unrealistic. Nearly my entire deposit was taken for normal wear and tear. FYI they will expect for you to hire a professional cleaning service with receipts when moving out. Your apartment should be move in ready when you leave for the next tenant. In my opinion, normal wear and tear should be covered by management! -With all apartments, you will hear your neighbors. Good luck if you get one that sneaks in their children to live with them above you. The floors are already squeaky, so if you work from home that could get very annoying quick. My Advice: Know what you are getting yourself into. Read the other reviews. Look at the bad reviews and look for any common problems. All apartment communities have their flaws, some of which are beyond their control. Determine what is suitable for you and your living situation.
