I placed a large order at 1pm to be picked up at 6pm. I had to wait an hour for the food to be ready yet, it even wasn't all of my order when it was all said and done. When I requested to be comped with 6 cheese shakers for the inconvenience, the manager stated that she wouldn't or couldn't do that. This store just lost a potential re-occurring customer with orders that would total over $600 for each order.

Good experience. The staff was nice and brought the pizza out to my car. The parking lot could use an update but other than those type of aesthetics my experience was good.

1 stars. This is the only closest one near me and I order two pizzas with double bacon and regular toppings pepperoni. I tell her it’s not double bacon, she takes it to the manager and I heard them in the back saying it is double bacon, when it’s not. You can’t even see the bacon for real. This happened twice and what’s the point of placing an order online if it’s not ready or made right.

They had horrible customer service. The person at the counter must have been new but horribly orientated. Food was nasty and still had to go back in twice for my extra condiments I paid for. Oh and I called my order in and it took over a hour to get it. The manager was at the front but rude also. Which caused the other person in front yo be irritated and rude. I came back in after she assured me the condiments I asked her not to forget weren't in my bag. She forgot them then asked me to step up and then slung my condiments on the counter by another person. Causing that person to have to step back due to COVID. I only still purchased trying to be nice and I didn't want to have to wait 30 minutes longer for a refund. As I saw another women do. I haven't ate at Pizza Hut in over three years and something told me to go to your location by my home but I didn't. Big regret I don't know when I'll be back, I was very disappointed with this encounter. My pizza was the nastiest the pepperoni was good my family said. At least they ate because I don't eat pork. We ordered Cinnabon MINIROLLS and got cinnasticks instead.

There is more than one manager, ask for names when you speak to anyone at that location, also there's one on Lindbergh too. Reapply to the same location. Your approach to it is to open all doors and be persistently aggressive, but not a pest. If you applied they know.
This place actually have a lot of great deals for their food. If you dont ask or look it up it can be expensive, however thats anywhere.
Delivery is an option in a certain mile radius of the store
