I am new here. When you moved into an apartment, you should have little to No Problems. I saw everyone reviews. Same thing clogged drains, roaches everywhere like a convention, refrigerator dishwasher don't work. Had I done more detectives work. I wouldn't moved here. Then they got the nerve to charge you for stuff they should have taken care of. Hopefully things will improve.......

I moved out January 31st. Im making this review June 9th. Crossing at Northpointe sent me my deposit but at the time I didn't have access to my new mail box to get it out. Ive been calling them every week now that I've got access to my mail, asking them to resend my deposit. They say the same thing every time I call "I'm gonna email the property manager" and that they will "call me back" to let me know whats gonna happen. I have yet to receive a call back. At this point they lucky I can't put zero stars. Cause they been giving me problems since I moved here back in December of 2020.

These are the worst apartments in all of St. Louis. The grounds were ALWAYS filthy and the trash was constantly overflowing. Maintenance requests were ignored and in the winter, sidewalks would go unsalted for DAYS. Though it was never in my apartment, there were roaches and rats in the buildings. I also had an insane neighbor that harrassed my family along with our entire building. I informed the leasing office and they did NOTHING. Had to get a restraining order, and they STILL did nothing. They also violated the terms of EVEYONE’S lease and raised the rent to compensate for them not having enough dumpsters on the premises. Please do not move here and waste your money.

UPDATE: 07/07/2020: So its not just me that they are thieving from. I finally got my refund and it was from my bank not this apartment complex and company. During the dispute process with them, they claimed that my $500 was an application fee. Who in the hell would pay that? No one. So I proceeded to dispute what they said with my bank again, showing that they charged me an admin fee and deposit for an apartment I haven’t even signed a lease for, I also sent the email from their employee claiming I would get my refund as well as proof that they sent me a check. So finally after filing an application the ending of March, a stop payment refund check in May it’s finally July and I have my money back. This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT APPLY HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. First and foremost they want you to pay for your deposit as well as your application fee. Which should’ve been red flag #1 because I should only be charged AFTER I’m approved and signed a lease, all together ($500) $100 just for an application fee for two people, no biggie. Anywho they denied me & my bf claming it was because of his background. A restraining order isn’t criminal, this was March 28. So I proceeded to send multiple emails which I have proof of. I talked to Tammy Miller March 30- April 2 saying that was the reason we were denied & she forwarded me to Neechelle Harvey which I talked to April 3- 7. Neechelle never told me if we were going to continue the process or if they wound issue my refund. But she asked for check stubs as well as rental & employment information leading me to think we would continue. After sending everything she never emailed me back. No one picked up any phone calls or responded back to my follow up email. To which I sent another email April 13 letting them know I would write a review and will take them to small claims court if I didn’t receive my refund of $400. Fast forward I receive a check May 4, 2020 that was dated April 29, 2020. I cashed it May 5. & May 8 it reversed!! They are out here sending bounced checks! I’m already taking legal action, you don’t treat people like this, taking their money, especially during a pandemic! Steer clear from this unprofessional, thieving place.
