Lived here a yr just moving out nobody comes to fix ur stuff theres always leaks in the roof everything is broken and its always somebody fighting or calling the police they tow ppls cars and they are always claiming you dont pay ur rent “on time” when we have direct deposit on our stuff. we always gotta call them to waive the “late fee” because they claim it didnt process so it was an “accident” they have these cheap blinds that broke maybe the first couple of days we moved in and the ones by the patio where already broken. they sent us a letter saying we needed to fix them or pay $25 when we had no fault in it. Everything is just already broken when you come in. The sliding door to the patio was also broken when we moved in as well. We had a leak in our roof for almost half the time and it took them 6 months to just patch up the roof but they never came to fix the inside of the roof that looked like it was caving in.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The managers are always in a meeting, but be in the back laughing. The door is always locked. The rent is freaking ridiculous. This place is ghetto. Do not waste your time here.

i wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worse enemy. they never answer the phone, my car has been broken into TWICE, the manager in the office doesn’t respond to emails nor return calls. i hate this apartment literally.

I moved here with my husband in June. Our appartement was clearly not ready because the bathroom door was not working and some other stuff. The worst is the smell that recently started coming out of the van when you turn the AC or heat 🤢. It’s winter but I have to sleep with the window open . They said they will fix it but the smell stopped for 2 or 4 days and start immediately later. Tired and it hasn’t been a year yet.
