Dear Dunkin, if you are going to charge a premium price for a filled donut, then PLEASE PUT SOME FILLING IN IT!! Donut in reference: Vanilla Cream. These seem to only have the little button of cream on top. I can get a coffee anywhere.

Went inside through unlocked door to be told rudely by someone in the back that “inside’s closed!”. Went through the drive thru, ordered 6 donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Greeted very politely at the window and received our food promptly. While waiting to pay, we notice a worker leaning on the counter on her phone. The whole time. The polite worker apologizes and says they’re short handed…all while the other girl is on her phone. Then another girl brings us the food. Get on the road to find my Boston creme donuts have no creme in them. Absolutely none in either one. Perhaps the girl on her phone could grab a pastry bag and go put creme in the rest of the Boston cremes. My husband’s breakfast sandwich was very good, and we got through the line very quickly, which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

This store consistently doesn’t have all the items required to fulfill the basic menu items. The doughnuts are typically freshly stale. The coffee is always good but almost not worth being stuck in the slow drive through.

If I could give this negative stars I would!! I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a coffee through UberEats. Delivery was very prompt and quick so I dont believe the temperature of the food was the delivery drivers fault. This means that the food had been sitting out for god knows how long.The only thing that was even close to hot was the coffee which was luke warm!!! The hashbrowns looked so disgusting I didn't even try them just threw them away. They looked to be black and soaked in old grease and falling apart. The sandwich wasn't toasted just plain stale sourdough bread. Nothing on the sandwich was seasoned at all. Threw this away too. Total waste of money!!! Will never go there or order from there again!!!

My experience as a General Manager in the food service industry has always been to speak to someone face to face instead of posting questions in a public place like you did. Please understand the business is running a business and probably can't respond and if they do it is inconsiderate to ask here. Go to the location and ask, or atleast call them. You seem interested, but the perception they have is different when asking here. Sometimes, you may be given an application and interview on the spot, if you come in and inquire. Just saying, you questioning here is wrong. Please don't take offense, just offering advice.
