I am very disappointed in them. My uncle was staying there. They didn't even bother to contact their daughters and let them know that they are transferring their dad to another area in Seattle. That's so scary what they have done. What if we showed up and he wasn't even there. Did they ever think we well freak out where their dad is. This is not okay! You must communicate with family member especially when you going to transfer them. They didn't live in same town. They happened to be more than 4 hours away. If your family member is there. You better be sure they communicate with you about your love one! The place was very nice but the communication was horrible! Not cool!!

My husband was there from November 23rd 2016 he was transferred from OHSU. He was in and out of PeaceHealth he passed away June 19th 2017 .They refused to give him his Med or feed him He refused they knew he was not in his right mind .He had a neurology problem which caused his. brain not to work.He couldn't do anything for himself they did nothing to help him they said it was patient abuse if they did anything to force him to eat or take his meds. He went to PeaceHealth and was ordered some meds after a month they realize they had not given it to him. They started somebody didn't read his chart correctly.. I had to tell them there was something wrong with him finally they sent him to PeaceHealth where he eventually died. If you love your family member do not take them to this place they could care less about your loved one it's just a job or it's just a place to send them to die.!! Thank you please take this advice .

I was just there today and it doesn't smell of urine at all! So much so that i was surprised and pointed it out.and this was prior to reading these reviews... So obviously the problem was addressed and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Not impressed with this facility at all. Their lounge room smells like urine. Staff isn't very friendly. There is just a bad overall feel to this place. My sister in law hasn't been changed all day and has bed sores. I'm going to be discussing other options with our family.
