I worked there for 7 months. Usually 3-6 cnas on the floor at a time, so 15-20 residents for one person to care for. I barely had time to change everyone 2x in 12 hours. How sad is that, the owner did not like having agency cna to help because he didn't want to pay. They would hire literally anyone, I can't believe the people I worked with. Your family member is guaranteed to get a bedsore from lack of staff and neglect. Don't let your family live here

This place is horrible! My father contracted COVID while there and wasn't even vaccinated like they said. He died on April 22nd and I hold them 100% responsible! Whenever I called, I was put on hold forever as they don't have voicemail. It was hard to get a call back from anyone and when I emailed, it would always bounce back. They lost my dads dentures and he had almost no physical therapy. I wish I could sue them but will definitely be reporting to the health department.
