The best part is there is a balcony attached to the room to go smoke. The ac in the room worked but had issues, the pool was closed and no one told us, that was the one reason we picked it. Check in was long and had to run my card three times. It was clean, and the craft bar had great food. Great potential to be a great hotel but just not there yet.

I and a co-worker were here for a convention in late June. Let me start with the hotel restaurant. The food was good, and service for dinner was fine too. At breakfast, we were told that the buffet was the ONLY option because they lacked staffing to wait tables. In the room my co-worker found the room AC was not working. He was not at all happy with maintenance. It was slow and the fix was incomplete. (We don't fault the Maintenance Tech at all). It should have been, "Let us move you to a different room so we can fix this correctly". The maid service at this hotel is completely gone. The front desk was good at first, but the check-out was a comedy of errors. Our business credit card was charged for the room AND another room for a different customer two floors away. (The numbers were not at all alike). I requested a printed receipt, and was told, "The printer is down, so we'll email it to you instead.". The email arrived several hours later, and showed the invoice for two rooms charged to our business credit card. I made several calls to the front desk, and even attempted to reach a manager over the course of several hours. Each time I was told, "We are busy right now". They made no attempt to correct the bill without me forcing the matter. So, if you are looking for a hotel in Peoria who will overcharge you, with no AC in the summer, VERY remote parking, and terrible customer service, then Four Points by Sheraton is for you!

Great Hotel with great staff, they are a hotel that cares about their guests. If anything goes wrong they will make it right in some way or another. Their goal is to make sure you have a great stay. They have an awesome bar and restaurant that is attached. Craft 309 has great food and great staff. All the people are great people that care about their customers. Located in the heart of downtown Peoria you will have a lot of options to do things. Go visit and make sure you take time to enjoy the pool and hot tub!!

The hotel double charged us. The staff was rude and incompetent. No towels by the pool or in the gym. The bathroom is so small the door doesn’t open properly. The pool water had a musty smell to it. All around bad experience. Only good thing was the restaurant downstairs. The bartender was amazing.
