Was a pretty decent hotel. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great the first day, but for the remaining days there were barely any offerings. Bed was also hard. Other than those two things it was great and I would stay here again.

I stayed five days ago, nothing to complain about. I have electrical issues being repaired at my house which is why I stayed there. I made another reservation because it’s going to get cold and due to those electrical Issues my heater isn’t working. Arranged transportation, showed up, and was told by Edith at the front desk that they “don’t do locals.” Because I live in the same town as the hotel, I can’t rent a room. Apparently let people freeze to death is better than renting to locals. The reservation was paid for, I stayed here last week, but this time Edith is saying they’ve had too much trouble renting to locals though it was fine taking my money last week and taking it for this reservation and now I’ve got to find a nearby hotel (I don’t drive due to nerve damage from a car accident), pay for a room while I jump through hoops waiting for a refund.

We stayed in rm 314. Pros - Room was clean. Bathroom tub/shower, floors, base of the toilet. Sink area, closet space. Rug was vacuumed well. Clean fridge (didn't open or use the microwave). Coffee fully stocked. No dust. Headboard even appeared to be wiped down (which I really appreciate and some hotel chains don't do regularly enough). Bedding was clean and had a light fresh scent. Nice tv, firm bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast area was good. A lot to choose from, good variety. They had proteins (boiled eggs, eggs cooked to fit on muffins and bacon) of course a large variety of carbs too. Customer service, check in, check out and breakfast attendant were all friendly. Nice area. Close to a lot, restaurants, shopping mall. Cons - No shampoo was in our room. Didn't notice it until the morning. I'm sure if I called the front desk they'd have no problem getting it to us. We had a little left in a travel size bottle in our bag. Just used what we had left and made it work for both of us. At 3:30am we heard an adult size person run down the hallway.

First time here. We had the room with the triangular hot tub! AMAZING! I wanted to bring the tub home with me! The room was very clean, quiet & peaceful! Breakfast was AWESOME! The had 2 different flavors of waffles each day. 1 original flavor and the other changed each day! They have a great variety at breakfast and EVERY PERSON I met that works there were sweet, helpful, accommodating, intelligent & wonderful! GREAT STAFF! GREAT FOOD AND GREAT ROOM! WE WILL BE BACK! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
